These books make you thing about so many things but you can’t help but keep reading.ĥ. She writes about serious issues in fictional story lines. ![]() Burned by Ellen Hopkins – Hopkins writes about things that most people won’t talk about. They’re great books to read if you’re in the mood for a funny book.Ĥ. These should be read because you’ll laugh to the point of tears at the situations the main character gets herself into. The Stephanie Plum Series by Janet Evanovich – This series has nineteen books out with twenty coming out sometime this year, but they don’t have to be read in order. They have a great female lead character and a relatively unique story line.ģ. Armentrout – These are on my list because they’re the no sleep, no eating, skip work and school, forget to pick your kids up kind of good. Looking for Alaska by John Green – I recommend this book not only because it’s my favorite book, but because it’s thought provoking, interesting, slightly mysterious, and will have you laughing as well as crying and maybe even on the same page.Ģ.
